To remove unauthorized users
- Go to Computer Management by clicking on Windows and typing Computer Management in the search bar.

- In Computer Management, click Local Users and Groups on the left, then click Users.

- Look on your readme for people who aren’t supposed to be users or administrators. For this example, I'm going to use Kyle, who should be deleted in the training image.
- Right-click on Kyle (your unauthorized user), then click Delete.

To Add New Users
Windows>Computer Management>Local Users and Groups>Users>More Actions> Create New User
- Under the action bar on the right, click More Actions, then New User.

- Write the name of the user you need to add, then come up with a good password that follows the password policy. Make sure you click “User must change password at next logon,” Then click Create.

To disable accounts
Computer Management> Local Users and Groups> Users> double-click on the user> select Account is disabled> click Apply

To change unauthorized users to the correct account type
- Settings>Accounts>Other Users
- Use the ReadMe to find who should be an administrator or standard user (I'm going to use Caleb as an example)
